Senior Commercial Lawyer

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious lawyer to join our Litigation and Class Actions practice in a full-time capacity.
We are seeking a professional with strong commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience, who is looking to develop their career under the expert guidance of leading litigation partners and senior lawyers.
The successful candidate will assist Australian and international corporate and institutional clients with major complex commercial litigation, including high-profile disputes, investigations, and inquiries.
- Briefing and liaising with counsel
- Drafting correspondence
- Preparing advices
- Preparing witness and expert evidence
- Assisting with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings
- Providing key advice and assistance in conducting internal enquiries and responding to regulatory investigations
The role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Provide strategic advice and support to clients on complex commercial litigation matters
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of business opportunities and growth initiatives
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Between 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer
- Strong commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience gained with a reputable disputes practice
- Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation
- Strong academic achievements
