Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer

This is a complex and dynamic in-house legal role that will appeal to a senior litigation and commercial lawyer seeking an opportunity to leverage their skills and experience in a commercially driven environment.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Work on high-stakes commercial and contracts litigation
- Contribute to the development and management of dispute resolution and legal functions
The business requires substantial legal expertise, and this role will involve ongoing work on complex commercial and contracts litigation. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
Responsibilities:- General commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Managing supplier relationships and disputes
- Matters related to product liability and misleading conduct
- High-level debt recovery and collections
- Minimum 5 years (and no more than 10 years) experience working in the commercial legal field, either in-house or for a strong law firm
- Strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
