Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

This is a senior level role that involves the configuration, customisation and administration of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will have proven experience integrating Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM, as well as a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations and reports.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM to enable seamless data flow across project, financial and customer processes.
  • Design and develop automation, workflows, plug-ins and custom applications using Power Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Support reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring accurate and timely insights across financial, project and customer data.
  • Provide end-user training, guidance and support to improve adoption and maximise value from CRM, PPM and FinOps integrations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience configuring, customising and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating Sensei PPM with Dynamics 365 FinOps and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, automations and reports.
  • Experience designing, implementing and maintaining system integrations, including data mapping, workflows and API-based connections.
