Expert Tailings Facility Manager

We are seeking an expert in tailings storage facility management to lead our team in ensuring the integrity, safety and performance of these facilities.
This is a permanent position that requires strong technical leadership and independent judgement to drive tailings safety through effective risk identification, mitigation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams on tailings design, construction and maintenance
- Oversee water management and surveillance to uphold operational standards
To be successful in this role, you will need experience and capability in designing, constructing, operating and monitoring tailings storage facilities.
- Designing, constructing, operating and monitoring tailings storage facilities
- Driving tailings safety through technical leadership and independent judgement
- Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Applying deep knowledge of tailings storage facility design, regulation and risk management
A relevant engineering degree qualification is required for this position, preferably in civil, geotechnical or mining engineering.
