Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our services, guiding the launch of new centres in the Hills Shire area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with policies, licensing, legislation, regulations, NQF, EYLF, and NQS standards across all centres.
  • Develop and implement programs, systems, and processes for smooth centre operations.
  • Guide and support staff in professional growth, performance, and achievement of individual goals.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, audits, ACECQA requirements, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain safe, welcoming environments for children, families, staff, and visitors.
  • Assist in achieving maximum enrolment and ensure centres are prepared for Assessment & Rating, QIP, and accreditation standards.
Requirements And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience in early childhood education.
  • Proven multisite management experience overseeing 5 or more centres.
  • Full driver's license.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for inspiring educators and children.
  • Strong business acumen and operational leadership skills.
  • Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences and care.
