Seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our culinary team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves preparing and cooking a variety of dining options for our customers, ensuring high-quality meals that create memorable experiences. Key responsibilities include managing efficient food preparation, maintaining presentation and consistency, service and preparing for all bistro and function meals, monitoring stock levels, ensuring compliance to food handling practices, and creating a positive guest experience through delivering exceptional food quality.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is essential.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery and Food Handling certificate are mandatory qualifications.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-disciplined and a team player, with the ability to work a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary Information
