The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and career-orientated professional to join our dynamic retail store in Mandurah. As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to learn and work in a fast-paced environment, servicing a wide range of our products and services, and reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service and sales
  • Assist customers in finding innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
  • Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping
  • Adhere to our critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
About You
  • Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
  • A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience within a retail and/or building industry preferred
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
