Responsibilities

  • Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Electrical and Power projects
  • Manage contracts across the lifecycle of the project
  • Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associate report writing
  • Lead the Cost Management team across a variety of different projects in Real Estate, Defence and Infrastructure
  • Display exceptional service delivery leadership

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship and ability to gain defence clearance
  • A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar
  • Infrastructure experience prerequisite, especially with aviation or utilities
  • Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans or parametric cost models
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
  • Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients
