Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement programs to equip internal and external customers with the necessary content, resources, tools, and training to effectively sell our solution.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales enablement strategies and tactics, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with field leadership across Asia Pacific (APJ) to identify needs, build plans, and deliver tailored content to specific teams and markets.

Your primary focus will be on creating new enablement content, including programs focused on product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, leadership development, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop core sales training and enablement curriculum, customized for APJ regions, and ensure alignment with key internal and external events.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales enablement programs to support internal and external customers in APJ.
  • Partner with field leadership to identify needs, build plans, and deliver tailored content to specific teams and markets.
  • Create new enablement content, including programs focused on product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, leadership development, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop core sales training and enablement curriculum, customized for APJ regions.
  • Ensure alignment with key internal and external events, such as new product releases, campaigns, and industry trade shows.
