Sephora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in our Northland Store. As a key member of our Management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, embodying Sephora's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to clients.
- Drive a selling culture, exceeding KPIs and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
- Serve as the point of contact for client and cast member matters, making confident store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail management experience, with a focus on managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, and training.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A hands-on leader who is passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.
- A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Able to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs.
