Senior Claims Professional

We are seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing claims from initiation through to settlement, handling a variety of claim types including motor dealer, property, liability, and corporate claims.
About You:
- You will be a mature and experienced professional with solid experience in managing a diverse claims portfolio.
- You will possess excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve claims from initiation through to settlement
- Handle a variety of claims types, including motor dealer, property, liability, and corporate claims
- Mentor and guide junior claims consultants, providing stability and guidance within the team
- Ensure high standards of customer service and efficient claims resolution
