Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate physiotherapist to join our Weekend team, focusing on assessing and treating orthopaedic patients during weekends and public holidays.

About the Role
  • Clinical Care Management: Manage clinical care for orthopaedic patients, ensuring effective assessment, planning, and treatment.
  • Patient Education: Assess, plan, and treat orthopaedic inpatients, providing patient education to optimize outcomes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Advice Provision: Provide advice on patient care in outlying wards as requested.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy: Hold a degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • AHPRA Registration: Maintain current registration with AHPRA.
  • Postgraduate Qualifications: Possess postgraduate qualifications (completed or in progress).
  • Orthopaedic Experience: Have extensive experience in managing soft tissue injuries, spinal, and joint injuries.
  • Clinical Reasoning: Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and knowledge.
