About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Analyst to join our team in a dynamic development environment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of insurance industry solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with IT teams and vendors
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of insurance industry software
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role
  • Extensive experience with Guidewire 8 (and ideally, 10) PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry processes, including policy administration, billing, and claims management
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
