Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our educational programs at Goodstart Early Learning East Bunbury. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that promote children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children from birth to six years old.
  • Design and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development, including literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
