Job Opportunity Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Canberra, Australia. As a key member of our consulting group, you will play a vital role in guiding the on-site delivery and implementation of innovative technologies.
You will focus on delivering high-quality work that results in a positive customer experience, while building broad and deep technical expertise in one or more of our technologies.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the delivery of consulting engagements to our internal and external customers, serving as a subject matter expert at the client site, and constantly learning about new technologies to apply to customer needs.
You will produce quality results, provide support to multiple projects across various industries, and keep stakeholders updated on actual or potential issues affecting project or company performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the delivery of consulting engagements to our internal and external customers
- Serve as a subject matter expert at the client site, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs
- Constantly learn about new technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs
- Produce quality results and provide support to multiple projects across various industries
- Keep stakeholders updated on actual or potential issues affecting project or company performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a consulting or related role
- Experience with enterprise-wide deployments
- Advanced knowledge of Linux, and any of the following infrastructure-related technologies
- Ansible / Automation Platform
- Red Hat Satellite
- Authentication services such as IdM/IPA
- Virtualisation technologies
- Working knowledge of security practices and tools
- Technical expertise demonstrated in previous career opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team to solve problems and issues
