About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality, cost efficient and effective clinical and non-clinical services to directly or indirectly benefit the patients/clients of Metro North Health Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To initiate and be responsible for the clinical care of patients while in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department.
  • To arrange patient management in accordance with the best interests of the patient.
  • To consult with other hospital staff as required with respect to patient management and related issues.
  • To document relevant clinical information legibly, concisely and accurately.
