Water Treatment Equipment Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of water treatment plants.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally, carrying out regular servicing and maintenance procedures, and identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

You will also serve as a site representative, promoting our company's capabilities and services to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing and maintenance procedures on water treatment equipment such as RO, Ultrafiltration, and Ultraviolet Disinfection systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing necessary repairs.
  • Offer technical assistance and guidance to customers.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Generate comprehensive service reports and ensure accurate completion of required documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical or electrical trade qualification or engineer degree.
  • Hands-on experience working with water treatment equipment, including RO, Ultraviolet Disinfection, and Ultrafiltration systems.
  • Commercial or industrial water treatment experience.
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while efficiently managing workload.
