- Monitor and analyse insurer performance through audits, reviews, and data insights.
- Represent the organization in insurer service meetings, advocating for improved oversight standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold oversight excellence.
- Produce quarterly insurer reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw sound conclusions.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive feedback.
- Deep understanding of risk management and compliance principles.
- Familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks and regulatory environments.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and project delivery skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a collaborative mindset.
