About the Position

As a Senior Insurance Oversight Professional, you will spearhead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Insurer Oversight Framework.

Key responsibilities include mentoring junior team members, driving team capability growth, and fostering a culture of excellence.

You will lead daily audits, reviews, and data analysis to monitor insurer performance. Your role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to uphold oversight standards.

Your key tasks will include producing quarterly reports for insurers and providing actionable recommendations to drive business improvements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services or life insurance and claims. They must possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to interpret complex data and draw sound conclusions.

A deep understanding of risk management and compliance principles is crucial. Familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks and regulatory environments is desirable.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, attention to detail, and project delivery skills. Proficiency in MS Office and a collaborative mindset are essential.
