About This Role

This Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a team of nurses, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to patients. The role requires advanced clinical knowledge and experience in primary health care, corrections, emergency or rural and remote health.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in the application of best practice principles, education, leadership, and portfolio management. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
