Logistics Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to oversee warehouse operations.

This role is responsible for developing logistics skills, gaining exposure across multiple areas within a global environment, and accelerating career growth.

The successful candidate will work autonomously within established procedures and practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. They will exercise sound judgment to identify and resolve logistical challenges based on experience, industry practices, and precedents.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, strong leadership and team coordination abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in logistics software and systems for inventory and transportation management.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the warehouse manager, coordinating the work of other logistics personnel and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies while monitoring performance metrics to enhance supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee inventory control and shipment scheduling to ensure accuracy and efficiency in transportation management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transportation partners to optimize costs and enhance service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions independently.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems for inventory and transportation management.
