Logistics Specialist

This is a dynamic opportunity to support the warehouse manager and oversee overall warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics personnel, ensuring smooth workflow, and developing and implementing logistics strategies to enhance supply chain operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the warehouse team by coordinating work assignments and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and shipment scheduling to ensure accuracy and efficiency in transportation management.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transportation partners to optimize costs and enhance service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and efforts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions independently.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems for inventory and transportation management.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A degree or certification related to supply chain, warehouse management, or logistics.
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry.
