Data Foundation LeadPosition Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the implementation of data foundation programs, overseeing data quality, catalog, master data management, visualization, and UI development initiatives across multiple countries. This regional role involves enhancing data foundation capabilities with machine learning and generative AI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Oversee and coordinate dashboards and analytical platforms to drive business value.
  • Drive improvement of data governance tools, analytics platform, and front-end user interfaces.
  • Manage multiple contractors and influence IT DevOps teams to support platforms maintenance, upgrades, and evolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data management, governance, quality, and catalog.
  • Strong skills in Spark SQL, regular expressions, and databases.
  • Good understanding of ETL processes, DevOps practices, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts for data quality and catalog enrichment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and data platforms.
