We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our KinCare team in the Penrith area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality in-home care services, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, and social support to our valued customers.

We offer a competitive rate of $36.18 per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a rewarding career in aged care.

About the Role:

  • Assist our customers with daily living tasks, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Prepare and serve meals, helping our customers maintain a healthy lifestyle
  • Provide transportation to lifestyle activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement

**Requirements:**

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • Flexibility to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday (no night or weekend work)
