Mental Health Navigator

We are seeking an Mental Health Navigator to join our team.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, assessing their needs and providing guidance on available services. You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless client experience and provide exceptional support to those in crisis.
This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex systems and networks. If you have experience working in mental health or a related field and are passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and provide guidance on available services
• Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Provide exceptional support to those in crisis
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
• Qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, or similar (Enrolled Nurse, Social Worker)
• Experience in intake or triage roles
• Local Mental Health know-how and referral savvy
