Mercer is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Application Support Analyst to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney office.
What You'll Do:
As a Salesforce Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 application support to the Investment and Super business in Pacific. Your key responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of AppExchange applications and third-party integrations.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices for incident and change management.
- Design and implement Salesforce Lightning flows for automations.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Manage user access, profiles, and security settings in Salesforce.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in L2/L3 technical application support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for Salesforce platform.
- General knowledge in networking, Windows/Unix Server/OS, Active Directory, switches/routers, firewalls, and VDI.
- A self-motivated fast learner with a proactive attitude.
- A willingness to cross-skill and learn about different applications across business.
- Hands-on experience on ServiceNow to manage incidents/change requests.
- Sound understanding of Incident Management and Change Management.
