Job Title: Culinary Staff Cook

The Culinary Staff Cook assists with preparation of food in assigned kitchen outlets, ensuring a fresh and exciting environment where safety and product excellence are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Control the function of their section and contribute to the overall production of the outlet.
  • Ensure all menus and food produced in their section meet the standards set by management.
  • Recreate recipes and menu items as directed by Management.
  • Participate in on-the-job training sessions with staff.
  • Prepare daily food requirements and specials for their section.
  • Communicate with chefs to order proper quantities for following shifts.
  • Ensure service is fast, friendly, fresh, and focused.
  • Maintain high standards of preparation, storage, sanitation, and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular cleaning within kitchen outlets.
  • Report concerns and observations to managers discreetly.

  • Notify managers or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
