- Assist in developing and delivering care plans and exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure equipment is properly prepared, cleaned, and maintained to support safe and efficient care delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
