Product StrategistAbout the Role

We seek an accomplished Product Strategist to drive the conception, design, and delivery of our digital products across various platforms. This role requires a customer-centric individual who can craft exceptional user experiences within a dynamic and exciting product environment.

You will be responsible for facilitating ideation, research, prioritisation, development, and deployment of features across our apps. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Marketing, Customer Insights, and other business functions, is essential for success in this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and experience working with developers to ensure requirements are met and products are delivered to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with our overall vision and goals
  • Lead product development from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with our product strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and designs for initiatives
  • Evaluate and refine product performance metrics to inform future development decisions
  • Work closely with UI/UX Designers to bring initiatives and customer journeys to life
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial experience in a digital project team
  • Proven track record of delivering products and features into digital apps
  • Experience writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring tickets are up-to-date
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
