About the RoleWe are recruiting for Residential Youth Worker positions to support young people aged 12–17 in residential care across Pakenham, Moe & Traralgon – approximately 1.5 hours from Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities- Support and engage with young people in a residential setting to promote their emotional, physical and social wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
