Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee workplace solutions and project procurement area.

  • Establish and manage contracting arrangements with suppliers to deliver cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with category management and support line of business or project requirements.
  • Manage procurement elements of bids and tenders, ensuring robust definition of requirements and commercial terms.

This is a rewarding role that offers a flexible work arrangement, including a 9-day fortnight full-time working schedule. You will have the opportunity to work on purposeful projects that make a real difference, with a strong safety culture and inclusive teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement and/or supply chain.
  • A proven track record in category management strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

As this role requires a Defence security clearance, applicants must be Australian citizens eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
