Compassionate Mental Health Care Specialist

This is a casual position that offers a rewarding career opportunity for compassionate and dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of clients with psychosocial disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide emotional and practical support to clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Develop and implement individual support plans in consultation with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and provide reports as required.
**Requirements include:**
- Certificate III in Disability or studying Psychology or Social Work.
- Demonstrated experience in mental health support work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shorter shifts.
- Willingness to travel between shifts and work at various locations.
- Current first aid and CPR certificates.
- Mental health first aid certificate.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass employment checks, including NDIS workers screening, Police check, WWCC.
