We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Cloud Application Services (CAS) Basis Consultant.

This role is part of our Sovereign Cloud Delivery and Operations team, responsible for providing customers with a seamless experience by simplifying cloud application management.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience from customer projects or support engagements, with expertise in SAP technical administration, including setup, administration, and operations.

Key responsibilities include enabling and mentoring delivery teams, maintaining SAP landscapes, resolving incidents, and acting as a trusted point between CAS and SAP solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • SAP-certified in NetWeaver and/or S/4HANA system administration preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP PO, Solution Manager, BW, Webdispatcher, Cloud Connector, HANA DB, ECC, GRC, IDM, Fiori, BOBJ, DS, etc.
  • Supporting SAP SaaS products like Ariba, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, Concur.
  • Knowledge of Business Technology Platform and Basis support functions.
  • Proficiency in SAP Basis tasks: certificate management, system refresh, performance tuning, transport management, SSL, encryption, SNC/SAML, system integration, load balancing, and maintenance tools.
  • Understanding of hyperscaler deployment methods (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with ChaRM, Solution Management, Focused Run/Insights is desirable.

About the Opportunity

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and lead or participate in initiatives to increase CAS adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Occasional shift work or out-of-hours support may be required for incidents, upgrades, and deployments.
