Job Description

Front Office Manager

As a Front Office Manager at Accor, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing the day-to-day operations of the department. This role requires a hands-on, people-focused leader who can drive a guest-obsessed culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Front Office Operations: Ensure all service standards are followed, and friendly and engaging service is provided to guests.
  • Handle Guest Concerns: React quickly to guest concerns, track and notify the proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
  • Maximize Rooms Revenue: Participate in yield management meetings and implement support agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices.
Requirements:
  • Service Focused Personality: Essential for this role, with previous leadership experience required.
  • Prior Experience: Working with Opera or a related system is a must.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong networking skills, with the ability to communicate thoughts, actions, and opportunities clearly.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance.
