We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Controller Passenger to join our team at Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for providing effective cost-controlled maintenance support for all clients, while maintaining a level of exceptional product support and service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a strong customer service culture, ensuring dependable team members work collaboratively and intelligently within a proactive environment, collectively owning their team KPIs and working towards high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Manage and control servicing and repair costs for all fleet vehicles, minimising downtime and maximising vehicle warranties.
- Advise clients on maintenance-related issues, covering their vehicle's contract entitlements and inclusions such as tyre allowance, roadside assistance, and accident management.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices and services for our clients.
- Tertiary qualification in Automotive or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in the motor industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and suppliers.
- Strong technical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
