Job Overview:
A Manager - Employee Relations position is available. As a key team member, you will lead consultations and negotiations with stakeholders, represent the Department in high-level discussions, and advise and supervise your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Strategic Direction: Develop advocacy services to meet organizational objectives.
- Representation: Engage in conferences, hearings, and tribunals on behalf of the Department.
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Manage complex employee and industrial relations scenarios.
Leadership Criteria:
Strategic thinking, change management, talent development, and fostering healthy workplaces will be assessed as part of the leadership evaluation process.
This role requires a deep understanding of employee relations, particularly in navigating intricate industrial matters. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for providing authoritative advice to stakeholders.
