Island Concierge

At Kingfisher Bay Resort, we're seeking a dedicated Island Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and exceeding guest needs. This involves efficiently handling luggage pick-up and delivery, as well as supporting the Front Office team with various administrative tasks.

This is a permanent part-time position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight. The successful candidate must be available for an immediate start and willing to relocate to the island for this 'live-on' position.

SeaLink K'gari (Fraser Island) is the world's largest sand island, stretching over 120km. • We're looking for someone who is committed to delivering brilliant customer experiences and possesses a high level of customer service skills.
• You should be physically fit due to the manual labour involved, including lifting, loading, and unloading suitcases into luggage trucks.
• A motivated individual with a good attitude and ability to work effectively within a team is essential.
• Experience in a similar role, such as a hotel/resort Porter, is highly regarded.
• You'll need to hold a valid manual Driver's License.
