Job Opportunity: Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based support plans that focus on individual goals and strengths.

  • The successful applicant will assist individuals in identifying needs through assessment and planning.

About You
  • You have proficiency or higher as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with evidence of qualification.
  • You possess significant experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern.
  • Excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
