As the Head of Regional Operations Centre, you will play a pivotal role in improving our delivery of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your strategic leadership and operational management expertise will ensure seamless operational management across the Regional Operations Centre (ROC) functions.

You will oversee efficient operational control for QantasLink and other AOCs, collaborating across functions to guarantee that resources, facilities, resilience, and contingency plans are effectively in place to meet scheduled targets and deliver both operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience leading operational control functions, ideally in transport, logistics, or a similarly complex environment with large-scale teams and highly complex functions. Experience managing crisis management scenarios, exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, a strategic mindset, and innovative thinking are essential requirements for this role.
