An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Restructuring and Recoveries team.
This role will involve day-to-day administration, fieldwork, and insolvency tasks under the guidance of senior employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing receipt authority and payment authority forms, assisting with conducting investigations into assigned engagements, reviewing and listing books and records, and preparing statutory forms including BAS and 524.
Additionally, the candidate will assist in preparing statutory reports, investigations, and correspondence with creditors and regulatory bodies, as well as data entry into relevant systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting Major;
- A Law Degree with an interest in Insolvency;
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- General knowledge of corporations law;
- Previous work experience in Professional Services.
