Civil Maintenance Manager

Main Responsibilities:- Lead a dedicated team to enhance infrastructure.
- Drive efficiency and quality in civil maintenance practices.
- Maintain a safe work environment while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (or equivalent) with experience leading a civil works team or significant leadership experience.
- Valid Class C Driver's Licence and WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
- Proven track record in workload planning and execution.
- Proficient in using mobile technology and IT applications.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Experience with survey instruments.
