- Refrigeration Systems Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
- Interpret refrigeration code specifications and ensure compliance with safety codes.
- Work with vendors to obtain quotes and proposals for refrigeration work.
- Site Maintenance and Inspections
- Perform regular inspections of electrical and refrigeration equipment to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Identify and report any defects or issues with equipment.
- Work with the Client and FM Supervisor to prioritize and schedule maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshooting and Testing
- Troubleshoot and test electrical and refrigeration equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes of problems.
- Develop and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with the Client, FM Supervisor, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with electrical contractors and vendors to obtain quotes and proposals for electrical work.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members as needed.

- Electrical Tradespersons License
- MSIC
- LV CPR
- BOSIET w/CAEBS

- Police clearance
- Cert 3 In Air Conditioning and Refrigeration UEE32211
- C class Drivers Licence
- Skills and Experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
