About the Role

A key senior management position is available for a motivated and sales focused individual to join our Retail Management team in Sydney.

This role requires travel across Sydney and reporting into the Head of Retail Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales and driving effective retail operations for our South Sydney region.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting in-store teams, driving sales projections, overseeing stocktakes, and developing people and visual merchandising strategies to drive business profitability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive retail management experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong leadership style. They will be highly motivated, results-focused, and able to work under pressure.
