Education Support Role - Level 1-Range 2

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill an Education Support role at our organization.

This position involves providing routine support for teachers, including assisting with planning student routines and communicating with parents on relevant matters.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing basic physical care and wellbeing support for students such as toileting, meals, and lifting
  • Communicating with teachers on routine matters related to students and/or other responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers in the coordination of educational programs independently or under minimal supervision

An education support class employee employed in this range may be progressively required to undertake coordination, specialised student/teacher support tasks, or technical tasks as experience in the role is gained.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
