About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subway Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage food storage and preparation areas to meet Health & Safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Standards practices and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor stock levels, check in deliveries, and complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and promote Subway brand awareness.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity, a passion for driving their own career and others forward, and well-developed communication skills. You should be able to adapt to change, have a strong attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork.

As a Subway Manager/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for promoting Subway brand awareness, ensuring hygiene and food standards are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.
