About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway in Pasadena. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Operations: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring that every guest receives a high-quality meal.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling and sales, ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. You will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in leading a team and managing operations.

You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
