We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Administrator.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity, ideal for anyone ready to kickstart a career in business administration.

  • Providing administrative support across various departments
  • Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
  • Assisting with staff and visitor inductions
  • Daily office tasks like scanning, filing, mail, and banking
  • Ordering office supplies and keeping reception neat and tidy
  • Providing friendly customer service in person and by phone
  • Assisting with accounts payable/receivable tasks as required
  • Variety of administrative tasks as required

You'll complete a Certificate III in Business Administration while gaining real-world experience.

We're seeking someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and intermediate computer skills.
