Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base at our Cannington club.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contributing to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Creating great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
- Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey and recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and qualities:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
