Marketing Consultant Role

About the Job: We're seeking an experienced Dynamics Marketing professional to lead the optimisation and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing capabilities.

This exciting opportunity requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance marketing processes and drive organisational success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, optimise, and implement Real-time journeys and Event planning modules.
  • Advise on security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer journey processes, campaigns, and content personalisation.
  • Provide guidance on implementing brand and compliance profiles, consent management, and preference centres.
  • Optimise event management processes, including developing event registration forms and templates.
  • Offer technical support and upskill internal teams to maintain and enhance Dynamics 365 Marketing capabilities.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Data products.
  • Expertise in implementing and optimising Real-time journeys and Event planning modules.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tactics and technical solutions to support them.
  • Knowledge of privacy laws, data protection regulations, and government IT systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
