As a Hydraulic Engineer, you will be working on a diverse range of high-profile projects that have a meaningful impact across the city. Our team is a dynamic and collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on sustainability and creative design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive hydraulic engineering design documentation from concept to tender and construction phase, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, regulatory and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other design teams and engineering disciplines to ensure project design solutions are coordinated and resolved effectively.
  • Deliver project-related tasks to meet timeframe and quality targets while assisting in their development.
  • Interface with relevant authorities and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in inspections and collaborate with trade contractors to ensure designs are installed on site according to briefed requirements.
About You
  • Bachelor to Master level degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or Building Services Engineering).
  • 2 to 5+ years' industry experience within a building services consulting engineering practice.
  • Strong understanding of various building sectors.
  • Professional Engineers registration (or working towards it).
  • Experience with hydraulic engineering design and liaising with relevant authorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australia Standards and Building Code of Australia.
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Revit MEP, NavisWorks and BIM an advantage but not essential.
